Two teams — the Bears (NFC North) and Chargers (playoff berth) — clinched a berth in the 2018 NFL postseason last week. The Bears, who finished in fourth place in the NFC North last season, completed a “worst-to-first” turnaround in 2018. In 15 of the past 16 seasons, at least one team has finished in first place in its division the season after finishing in last or tied for last place. Since the 12-team playoff format began in 1990, at least four teams have qualified for the playoffs in every season that were not in the postseason the year before.

With that as the backdrop, below are Week 16 NFL scores, highlights and injury updates from Sunday’s action around the league.
