This seems like an absurd scenario, but it’s something that NFL Draft prospects apparently face quite regularly. A member of this year’s draft class — LSU safety Jalen Mills — told CBS Sports that this is the exact question he was asked by an unidentified team. The question was strange, but his response makes it seem as if NFL teams have an actual preference.

“How they grade it is if you choose the knife, then you’re killing for fun because you have to continuously stab somebody.”

What’s astounding is that this isn’t an isolated incident. Former NFL defensive end Austen Lane revealed some strange questions he was asked around the NFL Combine and he provided the same exact question .

The fascination with how NFL Draft prospects would murder people is mind-numbing. I understand teams want to know everything about a person and want to see how he reacts to different scenarios, but can we please cool it with the murder-related questions?
